Trio Salad Dressings

Ingredients

Lemon and Basil Dressing:

1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup of from Olives & Grapes Cobrancosa 100% Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil

1 clove minced garlic

Salt and pepper to taste.

Avocado and Lemon Dressing:

1 ripe avocado

1/4 cup of fresh chopped cilantro

2 tablespoons of from Olives & Grapes Key Lime white balsamic vinegar

1 clove minced garlic

1/4 cup of from Olives & Grapes Cobrancosa 100% Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt and pepper to taste.

Carrot Ginger Dressing:

1 cup chopped roasted carrot

1 cup water

3/4 cup from Olives & Grapes Arbosana or Cobracosa 100% Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tablespoons from Olives & Grapes Honey Ginger white balsamic vinegar

2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger.

Directions

In a blender, combine all the ingredients of the selected dressing until well combined.

Taste and adjust the flavor to your preference, adding more salt, pepper if needed.

Refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to mix properly.

Serve over your favorite salads.
