Rustic Puff Pastry
Ingredients
1 package of puff pastry (make two tarts)
1 TBSP from Olives & Grapes Raspberry Jalapeño Jelly
2 TBSP from Olives & Grapes Fused Navel Orange Olive Oil
1 teaspoon from Olives & Grapes Citrus Seasoning
12 oz fresh raspberries
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons brown sugar
9×13 baking pan
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375
Coat baking pan with olive oil
Make sure the puff pastry is not too cold
Mix well cornstarch, sugar, and fresh raspberries in the bowl and put it on the side
Mix the jelly and olive oil well in another bowl with a fork.
Place the puff pastry on the baking pan. Spread the jelly and olive oil mixture at the bottom. Save about 2 teaspoons for the glaze.
Place the fresh raspberries in a circle and fold the edge of the puff pastry around it. If the pastry cracks, leave it at room temperature for a few minutes.
Bake for around 20 minutes.
Serve with ice cream on the top.
• The ingredients are for one tart. If you make two tarts, double the ingredients, then divide them into two.
