Warm Spinach Salad with Grilled Sausage
Ingredients
  • 1pound Italian Sausage
  • 8in plum tomatoescuthalf crosswise
  • 1inch onion sliced into ½thickness
  • 4T 100% pure Extra-Virgin Olive Oil.
  • 3 bunches of spinachstems removed
  • 1T 18-year Traditional Balsamic vinegar
  • 1T whole grain mustard
Instructions
  1. Grill sausage until cooked.
  2. Brush remaining vegetables with mixture and grill.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard and remaining EVOO.
  4. Slice the sausages and serve with the vegetables and dressing.
