Roasted Rosemary New Potatoes
Ingredients
  • 3 lb. small red skinned new potatoes
  • cup ¾100% Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2teaspoons Rosemary
  • Kosher salt and cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Quarter potatoes and arrange in baking dish in single layer.
  3. Add salt, pepper and rosemary to potatoes.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and stir well to cover the potatoes.
  5. Bake until lightly browned for 30 to 45 minutes.
  6. Serves 6
