Oven Roasted Vegetables with Porcini Oil
Ingredients

C. Cut Broccoli

C. Cut Cauliflower

C. Chopped Onion

cup
C. Chopped Zucchini

cup
C. Sliced Mushrooms
1
cup
C. Julienne Red Pepper
1
cup
C. Green Beans
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Put vegetables in a bowl and drizzle with plenty of Porcini-infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Try adding a little Garlic-flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil if you like.
Pour oil tossed vegetables onto baking sheet and roast at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
