- 1 cup C. Cut Broccoli
- 1 cup C. Cut Cauliflower
- 1 cup C. Chopped Onion
- 1 cup C. Chopped Zucchini
- 1 cup C. Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 cup C. Julienne Red Pepper
- 1 cup C. Green Beans
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Put vegetables in a bowl and drizzle with plenty of Porcini-infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Try adding a little Garlic-flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil if you like.
- Pour oil tossed vegetables onto baking sheet and roast at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
