  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 spoonfuls of milk
  • 1 Tablespoonful White Truffle Oil

Instructions
  1. Mix the eggs with the milk in bowl. Add the truffle oil and salt. Cook gently in a non stick frying
  2. pan until firm but still moist and serve.
