Kimchi Ramen Noodle Soup with Gochujang infused Olive Oil

This spicy, warm Kimchi soup is perfect for cold weather.

Ingredients

1/2 pound of London broil beef, sliced thinly

3 tablespoons from Olives & Grapes Gochujang infused oil (available at our Cocoa Village store or Garlic flavored olive oil

1 cup of Kimchi, chopped to bite-size

3 cloves of garlic, diced

1 teaspoon Korean chili paste (preferably Gochujang paste)

2 packages of your favorite choice of ramen noodles

1 stem of green onion, chopped

4 cups organic bone broth

Directions

Turn the stove to medium-high,

Heat the saucepan,

Put 2 teaspoons Gochujang or Garlic olive oil,

Sauté the garlic,

Sauté the beef,

Pour in the bone broth, kimchi, soy sauce, and Korean chili paste and cook until the soup reaches a simmer. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the Ramen noodles to the hot broth. Sprinkle the green onion on top. Drizzle Gochujang or garlic-infused olive oil on top.

Serve immediately.

Option: You can substitute sauerkraut cabbage for Kimchi.
