Ingredients:

?   1 cup shredded carrots

?   1 cup red cabbage

?   1/2 sliced onion

?   1/2 small English cucumber sliced diagonally

?   2 small sliced bell peppers

?   1/4 cup chopped mint

?   1/2 lb cooked shrimp

?   4 tbsp From Olives & Grapes Key Lime white balsamic

?   2 tbsp From Olives & Grapes honey ginger white balsamic (optional: substitute with Sicilian Lemon)

?   1 tsp From Olives & Grapes Ultra Premium Japanese Roasted Sesame Seed Oil

?   Optional: 1 tsp From Olives & Grapes Tunisian Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil

?   Optional: 1 tsp light soy sauce

Directions:

?   Combine shrimp and vegetables in a salad bowl

?   In a jar, mix well all From Olives & Grapes vinegars and oils

?   Drizzle olive oil and vinegar mixture into big bowl with shrimp and vegetables

?   Top with chopped mint
