- 3 lb. small red skinned new potatoes
- cup ¾100% Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Rosemary
- Kosher salt and cracked pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Quarter potatoes and arrange in baking dish in single layer.
- Add salt, pepper and rosemary to potatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil and stir well to cover the potatoes.
- Bake until lightly browned for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Serves 6
